ResourceGuideThis document will lay out some of the conventions for input files and input resources for the CardioWave simulation system. These resources specify the details of the simulation being run, eg. tissue conductivity, ionic channel parameters, stimulus site, etc. By "resource", we mean any parameter in the simulator that may be changed at run-time. This may include global constants such as the surface to volume ratio and membrane parameters, and filenames from which certain modules may load additional data. |
