EXAMPLE6In this example, we will walk through a 1-D, single membrane bidomain model simulation all the way from creating the simulator to visualizing the output. Utilizing the bidomain will allow us to directly obtain extracellular and intracellular potential in addition to the transmembrane potential (as is the case with monodomain).
